NanoViricides, Inc., Moves to OTC Bulletin Board

NanoViricides, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that it has completed its transition onto NASD's OTC Bulletin Board, with approval for listing under the symbol "NNVC.OB".

The move culminates work that began in March when the Company's Form 10-SB became effective with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Company became fully reporting.

"This is an exciting time for NanoViricides," said CEO Eugene Seymour MD. "Just as our work is gaining increasing recognition within the scientific community, this transition and new listing demonstrates the integrity of our business strategy to the investment community as well," continued Seymour.
